Face Painting Policy Overview Our face painting service provides a fun and engaging experience for children at events, parties, and gatherings. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review our policy below. Booking and Payment Duration: Each face painting session lasts a minimum of 1 hour, with the option to extend in 30-minute increments. Cost: The fee is $100/hr (tax included) for up to 10-12 children. Travel Costs: An additional travel fee may apply depending on the event location, which will be charged on the event day. This fee can be found on our "Party Rates" page. Payment: Full payment (excluding the traveling fee) is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Service Details Artist: One professional face painter will be provided for each session. Time Allocation: Each child will receive a face painting session lasting approximately 3-5 minutes. Age Limit: Face painting is suitable for children aged 2 and up. Health and Safety Skin Safety: We use high-quality, non-toxic face paints that are safe for all skin types. However, if your child has sensitive skin or allergies, please inform the artist before the session begins. Hygiene Practices: Our artists follow strict hygiene protocols, including the use of clean brushes and sponges for each child. Cancellation Policy Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Liability Responsibility: Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children during the face painting session. We are not liable for any injuries or allergic reactions that may occur.
